Account and purchases
When you sign in or make a purchase, we process account information and information associated with your plan, credits, orders, subscription, and payment status. We use it to authenticate your account, provide purchased services, maintain credit balances, and address payment or account questions.
Media and project content
When you choose a cloud feature, we process the media, project content, and related generated results needed to provide the service you requested.
Browser and technical information
The site may process cookies, local storage, browser and device information, IP addresses, request logs, and security information needed to operate the Service, remember settings, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and understand site usage.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. We use it to review and respond to your request.
Microphone and local processing
The browser game requests microphone permission only after you choose a recording action. You may deny or revoke that permission through browser or device settings.
Raw game recordings and scoring are normally processed locally in your browser. Recording or receiving a score does not by itself upload raw individual takes.
Some drafts, settings, recordings, and generated files may also be stored in your browser until you delete them, clear site data, or the browser removes them.
Cloud media processing
Media is submitted for cloud processing only when you choose an upload or cloud feature. Cloud copies of source video, intermediate files, and generated results are retained for no longer than 24 hours and are then removed through the applicable cleanup process.
A local project draft may remain in your browser after its cloud video expires. If the cloud source or local video is no longer available, you may need to upload the video again.
Optional sharing
When you choose to share a finished game result, the finished result is uploaded to create a shareable link. New shared results are normally retained for 7 days. After that period, the link may expire and the hosted files may be deleted.
Payments
Payments are handled through a third-party payment platform. Choicer Voicer Game receives the information needed to identify an order, update a subscription or credit balance, confirm payment status, and address billing issues. Complete payment card details are handled by the payment platform and are not stored by Choicer Voicer Game.
How information is used
Information may be processed to:
- Provide requested website, account, editing, and cloud features.

- Process purchases, subscriptions, credits, cancellations, and billing records.
- Store and restore eligible project state.

These providers receive information as needed to perform their services and process it under their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising and privacy choices

Data retention
- New shared game results are normally retained for 7 days.
- Dub Pack Editor source uploads, cloud intermediate files, and cloud-generated results are retained for no longer than 24 hours.
- Local drafts and settings may remain in the browser until deleted, cleared, or removed by the browser.
- Account, order, credit, payment, task, fraud-prevention, and security records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, handle disputes, prevent abuse, maintain accounting records, or meet legal obligations.
- Support communications are retained as needed to respond to and document the request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account access and device.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review and deletion where appropriate.
Your choices and requests
You may decline or revoke microphone permission, clear cookies and browser data, use available account controls to cancel subscription renewal, request applicable correction or deletion of account information, or raise a privacy, billing, or security concern.
