Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login session, and all activity performed through your account.
Do not share account access or allow another person to use your account to avoid restrictions, usage limits, or payment requirements. Contact support@choicervoicergame.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Service description
Choicer Voicer Game provides browser-based dubbing and media-editing tools, including optional AI-powered and cloud features. Some features operate locally in the browser, while others process media that users choose to submit and return digital results.
Subscriptions, credits and payments
Available plans, credit packages, prices, taxes, and included credits are displayed in the product or checkout interface. The amount, subscription price, credit quantity, and applicable taxes shown when you confirm payment apply to that purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the payment platform to charge the displayed subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period.
You may cancel renewal through the available account controls. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, the current period is not refunded, and no further renewal charge will be made. Unused plan credits expire at the end of their applicable billing period.
Separately purchased credits remain valid for 365 days from the date they are issued, regardless of subscription status. When multiple credit balances are available, credits with the earliest expiration date are used first.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be used only for eligible Choicer Voicer Game services. The credit cost of a paid feature is displayed before you confirm the task.
If you upgrade a subscription, the new plan starts immediately and the full price shown at checkout is charged. The previous plan stops renewing, and credits already issued under it retain their original expiration date.
Refund policy
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription payments, credit purchases, consumed credits, used subscription benefits, and successfully completed digital services are non-refundable.
Refunds or payment corrections may be provided for confirmed duplicate charges or verified billing errors.
If our records confirm that a failed task was caused by the Service before a usable result was delivered, the credits deducted for that task will be restored. Restored credits are not a refund of the original payment.
Refund and billing questions may be submitted to support@choicervoicergame.com. Include your account email and relevant transaction information so we can review the request.
User content and processing permission
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in content submitted to the Service. You must have the rights and permissions required to use and process submitted content.
By submitting content, you allow Choicer Voicer Game to process it only as needed to provide the service you requested. This permission does not transfer ownership or give you rights to third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before using or publishing them.
Local files and drafts
Some recordings, drafts, edits, and generated files may be stored in your browser or device. You are responsible for keeping copies you want to retain.
Clearing browser data, changing devices, using another browser, or browser storage cleanup may remove local drafts or files. Choicer Voicer Game is not responsible for loss of local files, browser data, or unsaved work.
Sharing generated results
When you choose to share a finished game result, the finished result is uploaded to create a shareable link. Shared results are normally available for 7 days. After that period, the link may expire and the hosted result may be deleted.
You must have permission to share the material in a result.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Upload, generate, process, or distribute unlawful material.
- Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or deceive another person.
- Impersonate a real person in a deceptive or harmful manner.
- Create or distribute sexual content involving minors.
- Introduce malware, phishing content, harmful code, or attacks.
- Circumvent security, payment, account, credit, usage, or technical restrictions.
- Interfere with or overload the Service.
- Scrape or automate access in a way that harms the Service.
- Resell or sublicense access without permission.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law.
Third-party and community content
The site may display or link to community Dub Packs, creator pages, source pages, games, media, or other third-party resources. Choicer Voicer Game does not control their availability, safety, accuracy, licensing, or privacy practices. A listing or link does not mean we endorse all content provided by that third party.
Game names, characters, trademarks, media, and community creations belong to their respective owners. Choicer Voicer Game is an unofficial community website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developer or publisher of The Choicer Voicer.
Service and generated results
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated clips, transcripts, character assignments, separated audio, and other results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review generated results before relying on, using, or distributing them.
Suspension and termination
Choicer Voicer Game may limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or address fraud, abuse, security risks, infringement of third-party rights, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.
If an account is terminated for serious or repeated violations, remaining credits expire and are not refunded except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You may request account deletion. Deleting an account permanently invalidates remaining plan and purchased credits, which are not refunded except where applicable law requires otherwise. You must confirm this consequence before deletion.
Transaction, credit, security, and dispute records may be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Choicer Voicer Game is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount the affected user actually paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Billing disputes and applicable law
If you believe a charge or service result is incorrect, contact support@choicervoicergame.com so the issue can be reviewed.
These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled under applicable law by a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the Service, payment model, or legal requirements change. The current version and its “Last updated” date will be published on this page. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the Service.
